  1. Order information - when you place an order for goods and services, we retain that information indefinitely or until you request that we delete unless this conflicts with our compliance and legal responsibility.
  2. Correspondence and enquiries - when you make an enquiry or correspond with us for any reason, whether by email or via our contact form, we will retain your information for as long as it takes to respond to and resolve your enquiry and indefinitely afterwards unless it is requested to be deleted AND it does not interfere with our compliance with laws and out legitimate business interest.
  3. E-Newsletter - we retain the information you used to sign up from our e-newsletter for as long as you remain subscribed (i.e. you do not unsubscribe) or if we decide to cancel our e-newsletter service, which ever comes earlier.

The SSL encrypts, or translates your order information into a highly indecipherable code, which is processed immediately. You will remain in this secure zone for the entire checkout process.

Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, the transmission of data over the interned cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure. While we use every reasonable means to ensure the security of the information you transmit to us, we cannot guarantee that such information will not be intercepted by third parties. We will however, prosecute any unauthorized of fraudulent transactions to the fullest extend permitted to us by law.

After you place an order on our web site you will ned to make a payment for the goods or services you have ordered. In order to process your payment we use a third party payment processor (Shopify payments) and a fraud gateway to ensure that your order is not fraudulent (Signify Inc. Your payment will be processed by Shopify Payments.
