Returns Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return items to us within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in original resalable condition. Once returned, you are entitled to an exchange or a refund, excluding the cost of original postage and packaging.
To initiate a return, please email us at sales@don-threads.co.uk with your name, address, and order number so we can locate your order quickly.
Black Friday & Sale Items
- Sale items, promotional items, and Black Friday purchases are not eligible for cash refunds.
- These items may be returned for a credit note only, unless they are faulty.
- Credit notes are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
Faulty Items
If an item is faulty, not as described, or does not meet acceptable quality standards, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with consumer protection laws. Please contact us immediately with your order details and photos of the issue.
Please note:
• Refunds can only be made back to the original payment method used to purchase
• We cannot refund or exchange items that appear worn, washed, or are not in original condition with all tags still attached.
• This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
• Ensure all returned items are well packaged to avoid damage during transit.
• Use a trackable, insured service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
