Returns Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return items to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in original resalable condition. Once returned, you are entitled to an exchange or a refund, excluding the cost of original postage and packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us at sales@don-threads.co.uk with your name, address, and order number so we can locate your order quickly.

Please note:

• Refunds can only be made back to the original payment method used to purchase 

• We cannot refund or exchange items that appear worn, washed, or are not in original condition with all tags still attached. 

• This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

• Ensure all returned items are well packaged to avoid damage during transit.

• Use a trackable, insured service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
