Returns
As a small stand alone company, we don't currently offer money back refunds, however, we can now offer store credit notes for items that are returned within 7 days of purchase and in the same condition it was sold. For returns you MUST email us to begin the process, failure to do this could result in not receiving your credit note.
We describe all our items to the best of our ability within the descriptions (including sizing), more information or pictures are available upon request.
If a return is required due to a fault please email us and we can arrange this for you, please include all your order details, including order number to enable us to locate your information as quickly as possible. Where a return is required, the postage cost must be paid by the customer unless this has firstly been discussed via email.
