Returns Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return items to us within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in original resalable condition. Once returned, you are entitled to an exchange or a refund, excluding the cost of original postage and packaging.


To initiate a return, please email us at sales@don-threads.co.uk with your name, address, and order number so we can locate your order quickly.


Black Friday & Sale Items

 

  • Sale items, promotional items, and Black Friday purchases are not eligible for cash refunds.
  • These items may be returned for a credit note only, unless they are faulty.
  • Credit notes are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.


Faulty Items

If an item is faulty, not as described, or does not meet acceptable quality standards, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with consumer protection laws. Please contact us immediately with your order details and photos of the issue.

Please note:

 Refunds can only be made back to the original payment method used to purchase 

We cannot refund or exchange items that appear worn, washed, or are not in original condition with all tags still attached. 

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Ensure all returned items are well packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Use a trackable, insured service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
