Returns Policy


We hope you love your purchase from Don Threads. However, if you change your mind, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are returned in their original, unworn, and resalable condition with all original tags attached.


Refund & Store Credit Options


Once your return has been received and approved, you can choose one of the following:


  • A refund to your original payment method, or
  • A Don Threads store credit with an additional 5% added to the value of your return.


For example, if your approved return value is £100, you can choose either:


  • £100 refunded to your original payment method, or
  • £105 issued as Don Threads store credit.


Store credit issued with the additional 5% bonus is valid for 90 days from the date of issue and cannot be exchanged for cash.


Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or not as described.


How to Start a Return


To initiate a return, please email sales@don-threads.co.uk with your name, address, and order number so we can locate your order quickly and provide return instructions.


Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or not as described.


Sale, Promotional & Black Friday Items


Sale items, promotional items, and Black Friday purchases are not eligible for cash refunds unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.


These items may be returned within 14 days of receipt for store credit only.


Store credit issued for sale or promotional items does not qualify for the additional 5% bonus and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items


If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@don-threads.co.uk with your order details and photographs of the issue.


Where applicable, you will be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.


Conditions of Return


To be eligible for a return, items must:


  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • Be returned in their original condition.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be free from odours, stains, pet hair, makeup marks, or any signs of wear.


We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if returned items do not meet these conditions.


Important Information


  • Refunds can only be made to the original payment method used when placing the order.
  • Customers may alternatively choose a Don Threads store credit with an additional 5% bonus value.
  • Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • We reserve the right to amend or withdraw the additional 5% store credit bonus at any time.
  • Please ensure all returned items are packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.
  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service when returning items, as Don Threads cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
