In the event of fraudulent or suspicious activity, we may withhold refunds and reserve the right to block your account and any associated accounts without notice. Examples of suspicious activity include, but are not limited to:
• Claims regarding orders not received
• Missing items
• Excessive ordering and returning of products
• Unusual return patterns
• Suspected wear and tear on clothing
• Returning items that do not match the original order
